The sidewalk around the classroom buildings will be removed and replaced and new walkway canopies will be constructed north of the modernized classroom buildings.
Several buildings are being demolished to make way for a new plaza adjacent to the Multi-Purpose Room. All relocatable buildings on the campus will be demolished, including at the east of the campus, where a new parking area will be constructed. The south playfield will be regraded to receive new infiltration basins and new fencing will be built fronting the campus. The site will receive new irrigation and drought tolerant landscaping to complete the fresh new look of the campus.
