Located in the Makena Medical Center of Temecula, the Briggs Family Medical Practice includes tenant improvements to approximately 4,400 square feet of medical office space. High-end finishes include stone tile walls in lobby entry, custom cabinets, a polished marble reception counter, laminated screened windows, and chair rails.
The offices include reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, doctor offices, restrooms, and a nurses’ station. The project required close coordination of overlapping trades to complete the offices in the set timeline.
