Barnhart manager achieves CCM status
Local
contractor and construction manager Barnhart, Inc. announces
that Dan Crown has earned the designation Certified Construction
Manager (CCM).
CCM's
are individuals who have voluntarily met the prescribed criteria
of the CCM Program with regard to formal education, field
experience, and demonstrated capability and understanding
the Construction Management (CM) body of knowledge. The CCM
designation is awarded to those who have met the professional
standards and have demonstrated a commitment to and interest
in providing the highest quality professional CM services
available.
Mr. Crown
has worked at Barnhart for the past six years, and has completed
various projects including: City Heights Urban Village of
San Diego, Campos Verde Middle School and additions to James
L. Day Middles School, Vintage Hills, Temecula and Vail Elementary
Schools all of Temecula. Mr. Crown currently provides CM services
for various projects for Temecula Valley Unified School District
and Nuview Unified School District. Mr. Crown has 23 years
in the contracting business.
The CCM
program is sponsored by the CMAA (Construction Management
Association of America), an association that supports professional
CM's in enhancing their performance and capabilities and business
results.
