Barnhart
Inc completes 16-plex school project for Temecula Valley Unified
Construction Manager Barnhart, Inc., completed
construction of a 28,182-sf, 16-plex addition to Vail Elementary
School.
The addition
provided new classrooms for the existing school. Barnhart
also managed replacement of the sports fields. The construction
cost of the project was $4,030,673.00. MGPA Architects of
San Marcos were the designers.
Key trade
contractors for the project included E.A. Mendoza, Rocky Coast
Framing, and D&P Mechanical. Project team members also
included; Dave Gallaher, Temecula Valley Unified School District;
Brian Cahill, Barnhart Executive in Charge; Dan Crown, Construction
Manager, CCM; Jim Mullanix, Site Supervisor; Linda Lester,
Administrative Support; and Fred Gualda of MGPA.
