Douglas E. Barnhart Inc. topped out of a $4.6 million expansion of the Las Lomitas Elementary School expansion in Atherton, Calif. The project was designed by RDS Architects and features new classrooms and a library.  Work began last July and is expected to be completed this May. Barnhart is the design-build contractor for the Las Lomitas Elementary School District.
