Barnhart, Inc. completes Seacrest Village Retirement Community refurbishment project

Local retirement community renovated

Barnhart, Inc. completed construction on a refurbishment project for Seacrest Village Retirement Communities in Encinitas, CA.

The project took place in the Garden Court, a 100-unit independent living residence, while the 58,689 square foot facility was occupied. Noise and dust abatement procedures such as sound barriers and modular dust barriers were erected to minimize inconvenience to senior residents and staff. Construction began on October 10, 2001 and wrapped up in March of 2002.

Merk Mony of Intelisyn acted as the Construction Manager for Seacrest Village and Mike Ashor from SGPA was the architect for the project. From Barnhart were Tim Berry, Project Manager/Site Superintendent and Traci Knighton, Site Office Manager.
