Douglas
E. Barnhart Inc. is
the construction manager on a new skate park for Lake Forest.
The 40,000-square-foot Etnies Skate Park will be the largest
in California. There is one 1,020-square-foot building accompanying
the $1.9 million skating facility, with includes administration,
recretion and restroom amenities. A spectator area is also
planned. Construction should be complete for a late fall opening.
The projedt
architect is Dan Herman of Rabben/Herman Design Group
of Newport Beach. Representing Barnhart are Brian Cahill,
Richard Bruce, Barbara Welch, Sean Hulen and John Roach.
