The
Fallbrook Union Elementary School District awarded Douglas
E. Barnhart Inc. design/assist contracts for the
modernization of James E. Potter Junior High, Fallbrook Street
Elementary School and Mary Fay Pendleton Elementary School.
The new
projects will update site utilities, ADA accessibility, paint,
teaching walls, drywall, stucco, ceilings, HVAC, electrical
and technology systems, and perform selective demolition and
abatement. The fast-track project began in June with an August
completion. The $15 million project was designed by Tom Burke
and Timo Erno for HMC Architects.
Working
on the project for the school district are Raymond Proctor,
assistant superintendent of business services and Bill HOlder,
director of facilities. Barnhart team members include David
Medcalf, Dan Butts, Renee Batronis, Mark Miller and Robert
Liles.
