Eastside High School Core Classroom Building
The Antelope Valley Union High School District and general contractor Barnhart, Inc. announce construction is underway on the core classroom building at Eastside High School in Lancaster, California.
The new $42.1 million, two-story facility measures 191,000 square feet. Included in the building are 31 classrooms, 15 science labs, 4 computer labs, 6 special education rooms, and library to serve a capacity of 930 students. The project broke ground in October of 2006 and is scheduled for completion in December of 2008. NTD Architects designed the building.
